Shipping Policy

All of our items offer free shipping.

When we receive an order, we expect 1-3 days for processing and production before we pack, ship and deliver your item(s). Production does not occur on a non-business day, thus products ordered on a weekend or holiday, will be processed the next possible business day. In addition, orders placed past 3:30pm on a weekday will be processed the next business day. Our Express delivery service is available but does draw relevant fees and is calculated on custom size and destination address.

Local Pickup is currently not available.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. We currently only deliver to regions in Australia.

Returns

As stated in the return policy, we cannot accept returns for custom items, although refunds for items damaged/damaged in transit are available.
